The Carthians
The Carthians take their name from Carthage, the city they hold to be the bastion of democracy and justice. Carthians propose a shift from the hide-bound traditions of the Lancea Sanctum and an abandonment of the feudalist society of the Invictus. They assert that democracy has proven to be the most efficacious system of government to date, and attempt to bring vampire society "up to date" in this regard.
Carthians recieve an XP bonus on purchasing the Allies, Contacts, Herd and Haven merits.
