Spirit of Galt

A city spirit who was removed from power by the merger of Galt, Hespeler and North Dumfries' townships into a single city. Forced across the Shadow into the real world in order to hide from powerful spirits looking to cement the merger by killing him, Galt remains alive in a fugitive existence. He apparently seeks the pack, although he has not made himself known yet. Incoming's master's first agenda is to destroy Galt.
