Morgan Munroe

If Sargeant Krieger could be likened unto Cobra Commander (which he shouldn't be... the explosives in your brain would go off if you ever actually likened him to "that sniveling arrogant twerp"), Morgan would be his Storm Shadow. Well, if she hadn't killed Storm Shadow in G.I. Joe vs. O.M.N.I. crossover series (Issue 8, 2002). (He subsequently turned up alive, but that could just be a Marvelism.)

She is fast, inhumanly stealthy, and thoroughly adept at killing people with her bare hands. Originally brought into O.M.N.I. as an outside contractor, she succeeded in kidnapping many of the civilian associates of In Nomine. While the overall plan failed, and the hostages were released, the message to Krieger was clear: no matter how many suicidal mercenaries, death rays, and orbital nuclear platforms you might have, sometimes you just need a invisible runway model that can break your neck with her foot.

Like Desecratress, it is rumored that she is one of the undead. This definitely proves that there is hotness after death. Unlike Desecratress, however, her motivation is not vanity, and she tends to wear understated clothing that allows for ease of motion and concealable weapons. If anything, her motivations are financial (it is rumored that she joined O.M.N.I. because of a superior health and dental plan for families of employees) and occasionally vengeance-related.

The woman collects vendettas like some people collect porn.
