Tears-Like-Rain is a Gangrel, originally from Toronto, whom the players met in Ottawa. She had run from her sire, a biker named Xarsus.

Sadly she knew very few people in Ottawa, and when the chaos came down she joined Az and William D'or...choosing to come to KW.
